The cryo chamber creates a vortex around the body at nearly -300 degrees Fahrenheit. At this extremes, blood is forced out of the arms and legs and into the core where lactic acid and other waste products are hyper-filtered. Enriched, oxygenated, fortified blood then returns to joints, muscles, and tissues resulting in mitigation of pain and reduction of recovery times.

WHAT TO KNOW AND EXPECT
- Arrive in or bring gym attire (e.g. swimsuit/shorts, t-shirt, socks, sneakers). Makeup or deodorant on the skin are not a concern.
- After the first cycle of cryotherapy, you’ll be asked to perform light cardiovascular exercise to further promote re-warming and bring fresh blood into the muscles.
- Finally, you’ll jump back into the cryo chamber for Round 2 to experience the full effect of our freeze-thaw-freeze-thaw regimen.
